Fabulous Fondue!

Dip, Dunk, Swirl, and Savor... that's right it is time to Fondue! Tonight we'll enjoy an entire meal of fondue~ cheese fondue, broth fondue, and chocolate fondue too!!

There are so many opportunities to be super-creative with this one: Homemade marshmallow cubes could offer a great variation in texture for the chocolate fondue. Flash blanched bright green crisp asparagus spears would be so yummy dipped into cheese, and so would dried figs! How about a variety of creative condiments ranging from sweet, tangy, and spicy to dip the fondued meats?! The options are limitless; I can hardly wait to see it all come together!!
