Spring is in the air, and with Spring comes a whole host of deliciously simple fresh & tasty health inducing foods. May's gathering will bring to the table dishes that are not only yummy, but that play a role in improving one's health and well being.

Each recipe must have specific health/healing benefits. Some well known healing foods and beverages include- green tea, soy, nuts, chicken, fish, fruits, various vegetables, herbs, dark chocolates, red wine etc. and of course organic ingredients are preferred.
